Individual counselling concerns your journey, experiences, barriers, problems, or mental health issues. Also, it is about the trajectory of your life - stages, crises and transitions, long-term goals, and short-term objectives. Individual counselling is about your personal, family, professional and social life. I tailor my support and work to the client's problems and needs. Areas: anxiety and panic, anger control problem, antisocial behavior, depression, abuse, trauma, childhood trauma, grief and loss unresolved, stress, unipolar depression, family conflict, female/ male sexual dysfunction, somatization, lack of motivation, relationships difficulties, family matters, the psychological impact of physical injury, spiritual confusion, social anxiety, impulse control disorder, sexual abuse victim, identity issues, suicidal ideations, workplace problems, personal development, cross-cultural relationships, post-traumatic stress disorder, legal conflicts, low self-esteem, impacts of immigration, type A behavior, vocational stress, financial stress, healing from past hurts, finding clarity for the path ahead, becoming the best you can be. Sessions are normally 50 minutes in length and arranged to fit into your schedule. If you are in Blenheim or Marlborough region, please, come to my office. For those outsides of Marlborough, New Zealand we can arrange a Zoom, Google Meet, FaceTime. Facebook Messenger or What's App video chat. Saving time. Convenient, affordable, and confidential. Cancellation Policy

With cancellations, there is no charge with three working days’ notice or longer. Less than 3 days but up to 2 days there is a charge of 50% and if one days’ notice or less is given the full fee is charged, unless under extraordinary circumstances. Thank you in advance!
